Summary:                    Can't file bug reports with Firefox
Description: 
When I click "Report Issue" in Firefox 3.5.5, it tries to download
login_select_proj_page.php instead of just opening the page. It works with
other browsers. Is this a problem with the web server configs or a bug in
Firefox itself?
