 lines 99 - 118

"set all remaining buttons to MENU_SELECT" is done only for joysticks with
5-or-less buttons..

I don't have a joystick, I cannot suggest usable default controls.
The mapping needs complete revision (and should be usable with some
devices)

Current default mapping of 6-buttoned joystick
