[Supertux-Devel] Merge branches/supertux-milestone2-grumbel/ backto trunk/

I'm failing to read all those changelogs...
I'll probably miss $Id$ tags, but there is no real reason for that (I was just used to), it was mostly an annoyance that forced me to reload the file in editor on commits (perhaps only easy identification of "borrowed" files comes in my mind)

If it works, then I have nothing against (and I cannot write C++ programs anyway)
